How do I get paid?

You can withdraw your money instantly via PayPal or a Stripe Express account. You will receive 90% of your earnings, and we only take a small 10% fee to cover transaction and operational costs.

How do I avoid double bookings?

Sportpair’s calendar keeps you in control of your bookings—both on our platform and beyond. Simply keep it up to date, and you can:

  • Block off non-sport days as soon as your schedule is set, ensuring customers see your real-time availability.
  • Sync your other online calendars with your Sportpair calendar for automatic updates across all channels.
  • Link multiple Sportpair calendars if you manage more than one listing.
  • Enable Instant Book to let customers book immediately without the risk of scheduling conflicts.
How do I know I have a booking?

When a customer requests a sports space, you’ll be notified via email with all the booking details. You’ll have 24 hours to confirm or decline the request by responding directly through your Sportpair account.

How do I contact the customer?

Click on your username in the navigation bar, and a menu option for bookings should appear. Then scroll to the desired booking and click on the message icon at the bottom right of the field. A message window will pop up, allowing you to write a message to the customer.

If the customer replies, you will receive an email notification. You can respond to it under the menu item Messages.
